It was the winner of the 6th mushroom pintxo contest of Gorliz in 2018, with the pintxo called: “Mendiko Produktuak”: Hot garlic soup, cold mushroom yogurt, mousse of “Boletus Edulis” and olive oil with ham chunks and parsley.
